Q1: How do you control the bottles quality before shipping the bottles to us?
A: We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times leaking test at least.
Q2: How to proceed the order if I have logo to printing?
A: Please provide us your artwork in AI or CDR file then we will produce a sample after we get artwork confirmation. The mass production will be produced after you confirm the sample.
Q3: How can I design my artwork ?
A: We could provide printing or hot-stamping size for you, your artwork should within that size. Or send present design to us, our designer could increase or reduce the size .
Q4: What is the normal lead time?
A: For OEM products, the delivery time is 20-35 work days after we receive your payment.
For stock products,the delivery time is about 3-8 days.
Q5:How do you ship the products?
A:By sea, by air, by express(DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS etc.)
