3) For the broken bottles,how do you settle it for us?
We will have the 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles we sent to you.
4) How do you ship the finished products?
Heypack could provide any kinds of shipping way for the customer. By sea or Plane with FCL or LCL. And by counters: TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS, etc.
5) The way of payment?
We accept payment as the following: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
