A: Please provide us your artwork in AI or CDR file then we will produce a sample after we get artwork confirmation. The mass production will be produced after you confirm the sample.
Q4: Can I make a new mold with my logo?
A:Sure. We can make a new mold depend on your sample. The mold fee will be refunded if the output reaches a certain amount.
Q5: What is the normal lead time?
For OEM products, the delivery time is 20-35 work days after we receive your payment.
