Yes, and samples are always free. The delivery time is 1-3 days. If customized samples, time spent are different according to your artwork, 7-15 days for a pre-production sample.
Q. What's you need to make a new mold for OEM design?
You need to give us 2D/3D file or real sample to mold making. Also we can create a 3D file for you,you need to provide the rough shape and size information.
Q: Can I get remedy if I receive the products with broken or bad quality ?
Any broken or quality problems, please contact us within 15days after receive goods. Take photos or video send to the sales person email.
